The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner by David Bach was not exactly what I expected it to be. I was expecting a book that was about how to leverage your home as an investment with maybe a few chapters on buying a home, but it wound up being the other way around. As such, it was not very useful to me. That being said, had the book been published a year earlier, the book would have been very useful to me.
